The admission procedure commences with the registration of the students. Registration however does not confirm admission of the student. All registered students then appear for an entrance examination, the date for which is intimated to the parents. A student secures a seat for himself/herself on the basis of merit rating and vacancy. The final decision, nevertheless, rests with the Principal.
For admission to Nursery, a child will have to complete 3+ years by March to the year he/she is being admitted. Admission to the nect upper classes the students has to qualify a written test and interview. The original or true copy of the Municipal Birth Registration Certificate must be produced while submitted the admission form. There passport size photos must be attached along with the admission form.
The list of the selected candidates is displayed on the school notice board after one week. The Admission Form is provided only to the selected candidates.
The selected candidates are given one week’s time to deposit fee & seek admission. In case of fee not deposited during that period their candidature may be cancelled & passed on to the candidates in the waiting list.
Admission of a student to any class is provisional till all the documentary requirements are complied with. All documents are to be produced within a period of 40 days from the admission date in all eventuality, failing which the provisional admission will stand cancelled automatically & the school will not be responsible for any loss to the student in any manner.
Parents have to ensure that all entries in the Admission Form are written legibly and correctly.
Principal’s decision regarding admission or refusal to admission will be final.
